ISO Management System

In the area of product quality, Tatung has nearly 100 products that have received ISO 9001 quality system certification. In the factory, this system serves as a tool for standardization of products, reduction of anomalies, and passing on of knowledge and experience. In addition to improving managing ability, it can also stabilize product quality and reduce defective products as well as complaints. Outside the factory, this system can help improve customer trust, gain competitive edge on the market, and enable the Company to reach its goals in sustained development. Many of Tatung products have passed ISO 9001 series standard certification, thus ensuring that Tatung will provide products and services to satisfy customer demands.
