ISO 9001 Audit System and Continuous improvement

In order to put the Quality Policy and ISO 9001 management system into practice, an ISO annual audit plan was formulated and an ISO implementation team organized by the Central Quality Department, the top quality unit of Tatung. The team will audit every factory periodly in regard to its quality system, quality goals and objectives. All defects found by auditors are documented for correction to ensure that continuous improvement is practiced.
