Tatung Co. currently has air conditioners had granted the Green Mark by EPA.
Energy Label:
Variety of products from Tatung Co. has been granted the Energy Label by the Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs, such as air conditioners, dehumidifiers, electric fans, refrigerators, fluorescent lamps, washing machines, laundry driers, water dispensers, drinking fountains, and rice cookers.
Awards:
Since 3P project was first introduced to al l factories and subsidiaries of Tatung Co. in 1993, the concepts of clean production and pollution prevention have been actively embodied in the operation of the daily process. Many factories and subsidiaries have been awarded by government organizations. For example in 2009 Transformer & Switchgear plant was honored with “18th The Annual Enterprises Environmental Protection Award” which is the highest honor award by EPA.
